We enjoyed the neighbourhood for its affordability, quietness, easy access to city bus trasnportation but with many points of interest and excellent food within easy walking distance.

The room was clean and all the kitchen and bathroom amenities/ accessories were provided.The location is excellent: short walk to Piazza Maggiore and all its surrounding attractions and restaurants in the Quadrilatero district. There is also a convenience store next to the building entrance. The host was very pleasant and helpful upon our arrival and during our stay. We sent questions via WhatsApp and received replies quickly.This was our 2nd time at this same apartment since visiting Bologna.

The right place on the right spot in the right city

This apartment was well equipped, clean, comfortable and in a beautiful building. Also the furniture, bed and kitchen were really good. We loved staying here for a couple of days. Bologna was one of the most beautiful cities in Italy I have seen so far.

Perfect Spot to Explore Bologna

Excellent communication with various employees from Wonderful Italy who manage this property. A great location that feels part of the local community and a 15 minute walk through the porticos to the old city center. The apartment is modern, clean and well kept. We had a great overall experience.

6 day stay in bologna Italy

The getting of the keys was a bit of a challenge as we had arrived a bit earlier & were trying to get in earlier..the response from the property company was not helpful in getting early arrival entry until we were actually in Bologna. Over all cleanliness was a 5 however when we went to turn on the AC in the bedroom as it was not running, the top of armoire had a 1 inch layer of dust on the top. Not healthy to breath in at night.

Apartment overlooking construction site

The first indication of a problem was that the cab driver wasn’t able to take us to the property because the street had been ripped up. Listing did not indicate that the street the apartment was on was an ongoing construction site for the installation of a tramway. Noise was unabated all day. Windows had to remain shut to keep out the dust. Manager said that there was nothing to be done and no alternate apt available. He also indicated that the management staff would be unavailable for the weekend, but that would call on Monday, which they did not. We would never have rented this property knowing what we found out on our arrival.

Muy bien sitio para quedarse. Nuestro anfitrión muy educado y amable. El apartamento está muy bien y sobretodo, muy importante, tiene aire acondicionado. La única pega es que si vas en coche es zona ztl de tráfico limitado y aparcar en parking es caro.

Urlaub in der Altstadt von Bologna

Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants sowie Märkte alles fussläufig erreichbar. Mitten im italienischen Leben. Appartement Top, Agentur Top (Hilfe auch bei einem kleinen Problem, besonders Michele war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit). Gerne wieder.
