Discover an authentic traditional house on the first floor, recently fully renovated, featuring strong elements of Spetses island architecture. The property preserves its traditional windows and doors, wooden floors, and high wooden ceilings, creating a warm, bright, and welcoming atmosphere.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from the island’s center (Dapia) and Kounoupitsa Beach, it offers the perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to everything. It is ideal for families, couples, and guests seeking comfort close to the center.
A stone staircase leads to the house, which is surrounded by a beautiful courtyard with exquisite pebble-stone flooring, bougainvillea, orange and lemon trees, jasmine, and lavender, creating a relaxing and pleasant outdoor setting. The interior spaces are filled with natural light thanks to the large windows and offer a cheerful and inviting ambiance.
The living room features comfortable sofas, a TV, CD player, Wi-Fi, a traditional wooden chest with a large mirror, and a distinctive traditional washbasin. The fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar is combined with a traditional dining area, positioned in front of large windows with a lovely view.
The house includes one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a sofa that converts into two single beds. The bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower. A small veranda is ideal for enjoying your coffee or a drink, while the courtyard provides a safe area for children to play.
The outdoor areas may be freely used with respect for the other residents, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The house is especially recommended for young families, as it is located very close to a playground, a square suitable for bicycles and scooters, and Kounoupitsa Beach. Its short distance from the center also makes it suitable for elderly guests or visitors with walking difficulties.
