Overlooking waters stocked with rainbow trout, the cabin sits in a truly private and tranquil setting. Wake to ducks, geese and swans gliding across the loch.



To the rear, the cabin opens onto a secluded private deck, where you can relax in the hot tub and soak up the peaceful atmosphere and ever-changing scenery.

The Space:

This beautifully presented cabin offers a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, enhanced by a high beam ceiling that creates a bright, airy and welcoming atmosphere. Tastefully decorated throughout, the cabin is perfectly designed for unwinding and enjoying complete peace and relaxation.



The comfortable living space features plush sofas, a flat-screen TV and a log fire, making it an ideal spot to cosy up after a day outdoors. The modern, fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a relaxed seating and dining area, perfectly suited for both families and couples.



The cabin boasts two generous and beautifully styled superking bedrooms, each offering incredible views and their own stunning bathrooms, providing comfort, privacy and a touch of luxury.



Outside, a large private decking area invites you to soak up the surroundings. The private hot tub, overlooking the loch, is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the water—an unforgettable setting for a truly special stay.

The Neighborhood:

Kelso is a charming market town in the heart of the Scottish Borders, offering the perfect blend of history, scenery and relaxed local life. Set where the Rivers Tweed and Teviot meet, the town is surrounded by rolling countryside, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.



At its centre stands the impressive ruins of Kelso Abbey, one of the most beautiful and important abbeys in Scotland. The town square is home to independent shops, cafés and traditional pubs, while nearby Floors Castle—the largest inhabited castle in Scotland—offers stunning gardens, woodland walks and seasonal events.



Kelso is popular with walkers, cyclists and anglers, with excellent salmon and trout fishing on the River Tweed and easy access to scenic trails and country lanes. With its welcoming atmosphere, rich heritage and beautiful surroundings, Kelso provides a peaceful yet well-connected destination for a memorable Borders getaway.



Getting Around:

Kelso is easily accessible by car and well connected by local bus services. Borders Buses operate regular routes linking Kelso with nearby towns including Galashiels, Melrose, Jedburgh and Berwick-upon-Tweed. Kelso does not have a train station; the nearest rail connection is at Tweedbank on the Borders Railway, around 15 miles away, with direct services to and from Edinburgh. Taxis are readily available in Kelso for local journeys or transfers. Edinburgh and Newcastle airports are both approximately 1–1.5 hours away by car.
