About this property

The ol stone house was built by Italian occupiers in 1930. It was used by shepherds. It has been lovingly restored. We have added a huge outdoor kitchen with views over the sea and the plungee pool.Tge house is completely off grid using solar energy and spring fed water.
There is no ac as the three feet thick stone walls keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter.
Wew have added a fabulous clamping tent with a queen bed, study area and stunning sea views.
Nisyros is one of the last untouristed traditional islands in Greece.
The island itself is the home to several original villages with amazing ancient time houses, natural saunas and wild, lonely beaches.
The island of Yali, "owned" by nisyros and a short boat ride away, has the most amazing beaches in Greece. It is uninhabited. The beach can be accessed by private boats any day of the week. You can even drive your own rented boat there.
There are many tavernas, markets and amazing historical places of interest.
