Elegant residence with swimming pools and elevator, close to the center of Lignano Riviera and the beach. Our renovated studio apartment on the raised ground floor. The apartment features a living area with a double sofa bed and one single bed, a kitchen corner, a small furnished terrace, and one windowed bathroom with a shower box. It is equipped with A/C, TV, safe, and one assigned parking space or garage per booking. WI-FI only in swimming pool area. Beach distance: 100mt. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
