No elevator hassles. Just pull up into the covered parking and you are at the door of the two story condominium. Relax during the day and take a sunset stroll on the legendary white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico or the Santa Rosa Sound. At night sit on the balcony, lounge on the covered deck, or take a walk on the beach and watch the moon rise over the Gulf, see the Milky Way, and experience shooting stars.

This condominium is located in Pensacola Beach (Santa Rosa Island) on Fort Pickens Road between the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound, just a few steps from the beaches. In addition, the condominium complex offers a large private beach that faces Santa Rosa Sound with a fishing pier and a swimming pool.

A mile up the road is the Boardwalk Mall, which offers restaurants, shopping, dancing, and entertainment for adults and children alike. Or, go into Gulf Breeze (3 miles away) or into historic Pensacola (8 miles away)to enjoy restaurants, boutiques, shops, and family activities.

Great location

Nice place to stay. We loved the location. Walk straight out the back to the bay and through the front driveway to the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

We rented this unit and were very happy with our stay. The condo was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. It was nice not having to keep track of a key as the door was a code. I will definitely be booking this unit again in the future.

Loved the location!

Short walk to beach, and out of the heavy traffic areas. Plenty of room in the condo and it was equipped with everything we needed! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back some day!

Love Pensacola Beach, it never disappoints. This location is perfect if you want to enjoy both the gulf & sound. Communication with the host/owner was wonderful as well.

Property is ideally located and gives guests access to the Sound or Gulf. Close enough to stores and shopping, but no so close that you have to deal with crowds.

Just the right place if affordable beach time is your thing

The Gulf is just across the street, with excellent beach conditions and access. But, if there are red flag conditions the property's beach on the bay side was literally just steps away. Quiet and peaceful, with friendly locals and a resident heron.

Great bang for your buck. Pro’s- child gates, proximity to beach + private beach, quiet area, has everything you need for cooking, beach chairs and umbrella Con’s- very very soft master bed, it was decently clean but you could tell it rushed.

Awesomeness

Great location where you get the best of both type of beaches. Calm on the bay and waves on the Gulf. The boardwalk was incredible. This condo is the best but don’t take my word for it, rent it and see!!

Spring Break

Our family stayed for 6 nights. Great location on the Bay and steps from the Gulf! It is on the quieter end of the island, traffic and beaches not over crowded. The conde has a nice layout, our family of 5 was not always on top of each other. It could use some updates, but was clean and had everything that we needed.

Girls Weeekend!

We had an amazing time and are so thankful for the chance to stay here! Gwendolyn is so easy to talk to and so sweet. The property is so close to the beach and literally had everything we needed. The area is quiet and more residential making it easy to relax but shops and restaurants are close by. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

This was the perfect place for our family beach vacation. We have 6 kids and this house was the perfect size for our family of 8. The house is beautiful and clean! The bay is just steps away and the gorgeous gulf was just across the street. Our AC went out on the second day here and the owner was very responsive and had someone out there within an hour. We would definitely stay here again!

Good for the price

The condo needs some updating, and there was trash in the kitchen when we arrived. Other than that, it was clean, well-stocked, and we had a wonderful time. We appreciated the cost-effectiveness of this choice.

The Best Location!

We waited until the end of September for our highly anticipated visit to Pensacola. After looking for our perfect place, we settled on Gwen's condo due to it's location. We were not disappointed! The sunsets from the pier on the bay (steps away from the condo) were spectacular and the Gulf was a short, easy walk across the street. Peg Leg Pete's is just down the road and a welcomed walk after eating such great food. Gwen, the owner, was very kind, responsive and helpful with our questions. We look forward to another visit!

Wonderful Vacation

The condo and location was great. We really enjoyed being so close to the gulf, but we had red flags most of our trip so, having the private beach on the sound was great! The water was great on the sound side, the pier was nice, and I was much more comfortable with my little one playing on the private beach. The only complaint that I have about the condo is the stairs, be prepared to walk up and down A-LOT of stairs. Also, I wish that there were more pictures in the listing of the actual condo. We were hesitant because of the lack of pictures, but we couldn’t beat this condo for the price/location.

The condo is beautifully decorated and had so much more things available in the kitchen than we would ever need. I had recently been sick and was afraid I wasn't going to make the trip. I am so glad I did, it was a beautiful week at the beach. We went down to the public area where the pavilions are. It was easier for me to walk to the beach from there. The 2d floor in the condo, where the bedrooms are was beautiful. Thank you so much...we will surely book again !!!

Nice stay

Initially we were disappointed, no views of the water from the condo, run down and could use some serious upgrades, but this little place definitely grew on us and we didn’t want to leave! Beach access directly across street. Sunsets were beautiful on the bay side and just outside of the front door. Beach stuff available for use in the downstairs closet like chairs and body boards. My only suggestion if you like to cook nightly, like we do, bring your own pans. The pans are very old and useless. The bbq pit could also use an upgrade, rusted grill. All this being said we loved our stay!

Nice, quiet stay

My family of 4 flew in for our Fall Break. We didnt rent a car and just ubered wherever we went. We instacarted groceries .The location is awesome. Literally steps away from the Sound and across the street from the Gulf. There's a gas station and a seafood restaurant in walking distance. There's a closet full of sand toys, beach chairs, unmbrellas, and boogie boards to use. The townhouse is older, but nice. All of the beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens. Since the townhouse is 3 levels, there's lots of stairs. This isn't the place for you if you have mobility issues. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back.

Great budget option for Pensacola Beach

As others have said, the condo isn't the newest and doesn't look like something out of a magazine. If you want that, expect to pay two or three times as much. But if you want a comfortable place in a great location with space to spread out that won't break the bank, this is it! Our family of six came in town for our son's basketball tournament, so we were looking for more affordable options than what we'd normally pick for a "real" vacation. We had such a great time that we ended up asking Gwen if we could stay an extra day. Great communication from host. Excellent location. Condo was clean and everything worked. Loved having beach chairs, umbrella, etc in the downstairs closet that we could use b/c we hadn't packed in any since it was a tournament trip and not a typical vacation for us.

No hot water when first arrived. Hot water faucet knob in 2nd full bath loose. Had to tighten with my screwdriver. Main living area TV would not power up, Host tried to blame it on cable provider. Was advertised as beachfront but was Bay front. Had to climb more stairs to the bedrooms which was not advertised.
