DETALLES
Sentado a pocos pasos de la arena blanca de la playa de Pensacola, este condominio de dos niveles es la casa de vacaciones perfecta lejos de casa. Con tres dormitorios y un plano de planta abierto, disfrutarás de espacio para hasta nueve huéspedes cómodamente. La sala de estar principal se encuentra en el primer piso y aquí encontrarás una cocina totalmente equipada. Equipado con utensilios de cocina y vajilla, seguramente disfrutará de preparar las comidas favoritas de su familia aquí durante su estadía. Dos de las tres habitaciones se encuentran en el primer piso, cada una con baño privado. Las habitaciones restantes se encuentran en el espacio de loft arriba.

Location was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again, the location of this Condo facility is perfect. We were able to swim in the sound when it was a double red flag day, when we could go to the gulf it was a 2 minute walk across the street and not very crowded.

It was a great location. We were close to the beach. The beach was not crowded at our location. You had the choice of beachside or bayside. The condo swimming pool was very clean and quiet. The condo was clean.

We enjoyed the condo and the community a lot. It was a great location. The pool was very nice. The kitchen was a little too small, but overall we had a very nice time.

The best location on the island!

The beach directly in front of the condo, the bay directly in the back also with a beach area to set up and play, just outside of town, so the beaches aren’t overly crowded. Perfect view of sunsets on the bayside.

Blue Angel Staycation

We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation on Pensacola Beach to watch our beloved Blue Angel beach airshow. Beautiful views from the balconies of the Gulf and easy access to the Sound. Property management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with via text.

Family spring break

This property was exactly as listed. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of beds and room to not be crowded. The gulf was in front of unit and bay behind us. The pool was great but chilly! The only things lacking were beach towels and sunscreen! It was in a quiet location but so convenient to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful and Clean Home

We all loved the house and the location. The home was very clean. Bay on one day ocean on the other. The view was beautiful! Lots if space. The only problem was we couldn’t figure out how to turn on 2 of the ceiling fans 🙂

Wonderful location

The location is excellent. Loved having access to the gulf and bay on either side of the property. Property management was very responsive. Pros: quiet location, cleanliness of the unit, plenty of space and well stocked kitchen. Cons: beds were noisy and uncomfortable. Some dishes were dirty in cabinet and pans are old and need to be replaced.

Master bed and roaches

Could be a 5 star review but we did encounter some roaches in the kitchen, the master bed was very uncomfortable and cleanliness could be more thorough considering cleaning fee. OVERALL, we enjoyed our stay; location is great, very nice to have the bay on one side and beach on the other.

Nice stay, great location, as described.

The property was very much as described in the listing. The location was great for us: we weren't looking for nightlife and wanted to be a bit away from the big crowds. A short walk across the street to the beach and not crazy crowded on the weekends. One item that should be in the listing is that the covered parking has a low ceiling (7-8' ?). If you have a rooftop carrier or a high vehicle you have to park in one of the few shared spaces in the lot.

Not worth it

Location was great but the towny was not clean. Lots of broken furniture, moldy shower curtain, ripped curtains , bed frame cut my granddaughter’s arm, washer/dryer inadequate for occupancy, kitchen is too small and the stairs!! It’s a tri level which was not in the description and the 2 queen beds are in a loft. Overall would not rent this place again.

Pensacola Beach trip

We had a great short vacation. The accomodations were perfect. We had plenty of room for the entire family. The location and proximity to the beach was perfect.

Great location! Dirty condo! uncomfortable beds!

We had a blast! location on the sound, park with grills next door and the beautiful gulf beach just across the street. Warning: Unit was FILTHY and I would blame it on the management company, Tile/grout, shower mold, furniture, railing, light switches all nasty, kids found trash and E-cigs in/behind the sofa, cockroaches or whatever the locals call them lying dead under beds and in closets, they need to schedule a professional deep cleaning of this unit ASAP. Also the cleaning service between guests is incompetent, piles of dirt swept under rugs, bbq sauce on light switches etc.. I could go on for days. Wife spent the first day cleaning. I had to call and complain about the fresh red stains all over the carpeting because my wife was convinced it was blood, carpeting was professionally cleaned the following day, thank you. Next the beds all need replacing, very tired and worn out especially the master mattress, loft bed was actually broken, guests and my wife complained about being uncomfortable and didn't sleep well. All in all the condo kept us safe as we rode out hurricane Sally so I don't hate it, hopefully they spend a day cleaning and replacing the master bed then I would consider staying again.
