Palm Court is a luxurious six-bedroom retreat offering the perfect balance of coastal elegance and contemporary comfort on the edge of Polperro, Cornwall.

Thoughtfully designed to bring people together, the house sleeps up to twelve guests across beautifully styled bedrooms. There are two en-suite king rooms, a ground-floor en-suite double, one additional double, a twin and a fun bunk room that children will love. With four bathrooms in total, there’s plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

Inside, bright and airy living spaces are styled in soft, natural tones and textures, with bespoke furnishings that instantly help you unwind. Everything is designed to feel calm, comfortable, and effortlessly welcoming. There are two cosy reception rooms, each with a feature open fire – perfect for curling up together after a blustery coastal walk.

The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make cooking, sharing meals, and entertaining easy and enjoyable. Step outside through the doors onto the sun-soaked terrace, a lovely spot for laid-back al fresco dinners or a quiet morning coffee, surrounded by lush subtropical gardens.

Palm Court is all about switching off and having fun – the perfect balance of relaxation and play. Slip into the outdoor hot tub under a sky full of Cornish stars, or get a little competitive with a game of pool in the games room. When it’s time to slow things down, sink into deep, comfy sofas and bean bags, ideal for movie nights or teens streaming their favourite videos on the large smart TV.
