Villa Laguna with Private Pool

Villa Laguna is set off a quiet lane in the exclusive Sea Caves area of Coral Bay. This ideal family villa is of typically Cypriot design. It has delightful open rooms that are tastefully decorated to give this wonderful home a bright and airy feel. The villa is surrounded by large well-kept gardens peppered with beautiful flowers.



This is a wonderful destination for any holidays to Coral Bay, Cyprus, whether you are looking to relax or get active with some walking and cycling. It is only a couple of minutes or so drive from the beaches and resort centre or a 10 minute walk along quiet, country lanes.

Villa Laguna interior:

The front entrance leads directly into a small hall, with cloakroom and WC, from where the spacious open-plan lounge/dining room runs almost the length of the house. There is a satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player for your enjoyment and there are ceiling fans for your added comfort. An attractive arch leads to the kitchen area, which is very well fitted and has dining table, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.



An inner hall at the opposite end of the lounge leads to the three air-conditioned bedrooms. A pretty twin has views over the pool and has bathroom en-suite. The two remaining bedrooms are a twin and a double both with bathrooms en-suite and views to the garden. The double bedroom has a sofa bed, suitable to accommodate a 7th person.



Air conditioning is included in all bedrooms for your added benefit.

Villa Laguna exterior:

Outside the pool and grounds extend to over half an acre. An attractive covered terrace runs the whole way around the rear of the villa. This is the perfect venue for dining in the shade whilst enjoying the extensive lawns, gardens and open aspect to the property. There is a hammock in the garden for a really relaxing holiday.



The superb 9 metre pool, with separate childrens pool, is surrounded by terraces set amongst spacious lawns, tropical plants. There is a host of excellent outside furniture, a brick built barbecue, outside shower. The whole area can be illuminated in the evening for those romantic meals al-fresco. Villa Laguna has views of the countryside with very distant sea views.
