Welcome to Apartment Sky View, a modern penthouse in the heart of Vilanova i la Geltrú, offering spectacular sea and mountain views from its large private terrace — all on one level.
Bright, thoughtfully maintained and tastefully decorated, the apartment is ideal for guests who value space, comfort and a prime central location. The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a large Smart TV and a dining space, with full-height patio doors opening directly onto the roof terrace. The view from the living room extends straight out to the terrace, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor feel filled with natural light.
The spacious private terrace is perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing or enjoying a glass of local Penedès wine at sunset.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for daily cooking, from relaxed breakfasts to family meals.
There are two comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined to create a generous 180 cm double bed. The second bedroom features a 135 cm double bed. Both include wardrobe space and are designed for a restful stay.
The apartment has one bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
For year-round comfort, there is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, heating, high-speed WiFi, and lift access in the building — ideal for longer stays or remote work.

Before booking please be aware that, to keep you and property safe, we require all guests to complete a short verification process.
The property owner also requires guests to pay a 300 € damage deposit which is returned 7 days after check out if there are no incidents.
In Catalunya all property owners are required to collect guest information and provide it to local police within 24 hours of check-in so please have your identity cards or passports ready.
All guests over the age of 17 are also required to pay the tasa turística (tourist tax) which is €1 per day per guest up to a maximum of €7 per guest.
-HOUSE RULES:
When using the air conditioning or heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning / heating when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees or if you are using the heating, please do not set over 23 degrees.
No smoking in the apartment.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
