No pre inspection and no exit inspection done. The listing says sleeps 6. The host tried to charge us extra because there was four guests. The quote I got was same if there was 3 or 6 guests. Because I booked for 3 and showed up a total of 4! the host sent extra guest payment request. When I asked where the hairdryer was the host said last guest took it but there is a new one in apartment. Why would I be asking if the new one was in apartment? He then sent a guy with a hairdryer. That didn’t work. I feel this host was looking for ways to charge up the rental. Shame because it’s a nice unit.

The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests; however, the base rate applies to a specific number of guests. When additional guests are added, the reservation must be updated on the platform so the system can reflect the corresponding price adjustment. In this case, an additional payment request was sent after an extra guest was identified, and a request was also made to update the guest count in the reservation, which was not accepted. Regarding the hair dryer, we became aware that the previous guest had taken it. A new one was purchased immediately; however, due to the proximity to checkout time, it could not be delivered in time. In an effort to resolve the issue quickly, we arranged a hair dryer from another unit, although it appears it was not in optimal condition. Our goal is always to provide a transparent and comfortable experience for our guests.
