Description :
Our spacious and functional authentic house can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It is the ideal place to stay when visiting the Hérault region of France.
The house has a large living room with an open kitchen, a master bedroom with its on-suite bathroom and three other bedrooms with double beds in each of them and a shared bathroom. There is also a guest toilet.
The house is fully equipped for 8 guests (washing machine, dishwasher, garage and all the kitchen amenities needed)
Outside, the terrace is very welcoming with its barbecue and pool.
House Rules :
Not suitable for pets
Not safe or suitable for children who can't swim
Check in is anytime after 4PM
Check out by 10AM
No smoking in the property.
The cleaning will be done before your arrival , thus the house must be left in the same condition as it was found. However, the cleaning can be done for you on request.
The minimum rent duration : one week

Wonderful property, close to everything but still far enough from Pezenas to avoid craziness. House is immaculate with all the modern conveniences while still maintaining its old world charm. It has everything you need, pool, BBQ, modern showers, large backyard area and beach chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and was always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this house and hope to return again.

Sehr schönes gemütliches Haus mit tollem Pool. Auch für 8 Personen sehr geräumig mit genügend Platz. Lage an der Hauptstraße etwas laut (mit offenem Fenster), im ansonsten ruhigen Ort. Alle wichtigen Dinge sind vorhanden, Küche gut ausgestattet.
