Broadridge Manor is a magnificent country residence set amidst three acres of private gardens and lawns in Devon. Designed for indulgent escapes, this grand home blends elegant living with playful leisure - from a heated pool (open from May to September) and tennis court to an in-house gym, cinema and bar. Spacious interiors, refined finishes and abundant spaces to gather make this a spectacular setting for family celebrations, friends' retreats and special occasions.
The space
The house unfolds across generous, beautifully proportioned interiors designed for both grand gatherings and relaxed everyday living. At its heart are multiple elegant reception rooms, offering space to come together or retreat in comfort. Plush sofas, homely décor and large windows overlooking the gardens create inviting settings for conversation, reading or quiet moments throughout the day.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for large groups, whether you're preparing family meals or hosting celebratory dinners. It connects seamlessly to a formal dining room where long, leisurely meals can be enjoyed together, as well as additional casual dining and social areas ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Entertainment is well catered for with a private cinema room for immersive movie nights, a well-equipped gym for energising workouts, and a stylish bar area that sets the scene for sociable evenings.
The six bedrooms are arranged to provide flexibility and comfort for up to 18 guests. The master bedroom enjoys garden views to both the front and rear, with generous dressing space and a stylish en-suite featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a super-king bed, two additional z-beds and its own bathroom. Bedroom three offers a super-king alongside a double sofa bed, while bedroom four features an emperor bed, a small double sofa bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom five has twin beds and shares a family bathroom, and bedroom six, located on the ground floor, includes a king-size bed and also shares the family bathroom.
Outside, the grounds are as impressive as the house itself. Three acres of landscaped gardens and lawns provide ample space to relax and play, centred around a heated outdoor swimming pool. Guests can enjoy friendly matches on the all-weather tennis court, practise their short game on the putting green, or unwind in the hot tub. A garden gazebo with seating and television offers a perfect spot for alfresco lounging, making the outdoor spaces just as inviting as the interiors, whatever the season.

Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: by 10:00 - 16:00 check-out is available on Sundays when the property is booked from Friday to Sunday.
Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.
Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
