On an extremely peaceful no through road, it's an unlikely place in the middle of London where you can find total peace and quiet but still be just a brisk walk from all the hustle and bustle of the city and major transport links.-----The fabulous Burgess Park in recent years has benefitted from 10 million pounds investment, and is just 3 minutes walk from the property. Here you can find a range of things to do from tennis, fishing at the lake, cycling, adventure playground, walks on the hills and coffee and cake at the coffee shop. ------Nestled inbetween arty Camberwell, hip Peckham, vibrant Walworth, and the newly regenerated and modern Elephant & Castle - you won't get bored walking around the local area but you're also a short distance to all central London sightseeing attractions once you hop on public transport. ------Inside the property: ------The property is inside a small modern private apartment block and has one flight of stairs to the front door which is located on the 1st floor. There is an intercom device inside the apartment. -----The aparment has a open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a juliet balcony by the dining area which overlooks the communal garden.-----The living area has a 50 inch TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and other British TV apps. Inside the TV unit cupboard you will find board games and books to keep your group entertained on those rainy days.-----The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 guests and has a washing machine with dryer. You are welcome to use the washing machine during your stay. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for coffee lovers.------Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with double bed with memory foam matress, 100% cotton bed linen. 2 large wardrobes with suitcase storage underneath. Table top ironing board and iron inside the wardrobes. The bedroom also has a juliet balcony overlooking the trees and street below which is lovely in the summer.------Bedroom 2- Second bedroom with 1 large wardrobe, double bed with memory foam mattress and 100% cotton bed linen.------Bathroom - Very clean, newly renovated bathroom with bath and shower and shaving plug inside the mirror cabinet----------We have an off street allocated parking space available for the property, please state if you need to use this on booking so we can provide the parking badge.---------High chair & travel cot for babies can be provided and set up on request. If you need to sleep 1 extra guest, we can provide a on the floor single futon on request ---------Parking------ The property has an off street private parking space, please request if you wish to use it free of charge-------You will be renting the entire space (2 bedrooms, bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining, living area) and this will be private to you during your stay. The only place out of bounds is the management storage cupboard which will be locked.
