Step through the door and you’ll find an elegant escape designed for real life: morning coffee in the private courtyard, slow evenings curled up on the sofa, & strolls through leafy Leckhampton or down to town for a bite. Whether you're here for work, play, this is a place to press pause and feel at home.

We’ve styled The Atelier to feel like a lived-in luxury retreat, without the fuss.
• Two beautifully dressed bedrooms
• Two bathrooms + separate rainfall shower
• Fully equipped kitchen (yes, there’s a coffee machine)
• Cosy lounge with smart TV & streaming apps
• Private courtyard with outdoor dining area
• Access to a shared garden space
• Private, off-street parking
Everything is here to make short stays feel special, and those longer visits feel effortless...

We welcome well-behaved dogs - and their humans - with open arms. Let us know in advance and we’ll have the essentials ready.
