This beautiful, brand new apartment is located in a apartment Villa, in small tourist town called Bibinje,only 250m from the nearest beach. The villa consists of 4 modernly equipped apartments that share a heated swimming pool on the roof terrace with a view of the city and the sea.
The 56 m2 large A1 apartment islocated on the ground floor of the villa and can accommodate up to 2+2guests. The apartment consists of one bedroom with a comfortable double bed as well as a bathroom with a shower and other bathroom necessities. Apartment A1 also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room perfect for enjoying a nice home-cooked meal. The spacious grey living room with a pop of red includes an extendable sofa and a flat screen TV.
The greatest feature of this apartment Villa is the 32 m2 heated swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sea on the rooftop terrace of the villa. Surrounded by lounging chairs it is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. For those who enjoy cooking, there is also a barbecue area.
