Step outside the residence and you’ll find everything at your doorstep: a large Kaufland hypermarket and a small shopping center with cafés, pharmacy, and shops right next door, as well as numerous restaurants and services in the neighborhood. For nature lovers, several parks are nearby (the scenic Parcul Afgan is only about a 10-minute walk ). Meanwhile, Chișinău’s historic center and main attractions are just a short ride away – easily accessible by car or public transit.
Getting Around:
Public Transit: The area is very well connected. The “Strada Kiev” bus & trolleybus stop is only a 1-minute walk (50 m) from the building , offering direct routes to the city center and all major districts . Numerous lines run from here, so you can get anywhere quickly.

The city center is just ~3.4 km away (about 5–10 minutes by car, or 15 minutes by public transport) . Ride-hailing services like Bolt and Taxi are readily available and affordable in Chișinău.
Parking: Free public parking can usually be found around the building (in the quiet side streets or courtyard). Additionally, the adjacent Kaufland supermarket has a secure parking lot where guests can park for a fee (with direct access to the building area).
Airport: Chișinău International Airport is about 18–20 km away (approximately a 20-25 minute drive) . We can assist with arranging an airport pickup or drop-off upon request for a smooth arrival or departure.
