This 1 Bedroom property is ideally situated in the heart of Gloucester, just a short 5-minute walk from the historic docks and vibrant restaurant quarter. The train station is only a 15-minute walk away, making travel easy and convenient. This self-contained space features one comfortable bedroom, a separate kitchen, a spacious sitting room, and a bathroom with a shower. You'll also enjoy complimentary Virgin Fibre Broadband during your stay. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet you're just moments from museums, bars, restaurants, festivals, and shopping at the nearby outlet centre. Cheltenham Racecourse is just a 20-minute drive away.

Designed for a self-contained stay, the flat comes with everything you need, including cooking utensils and equipment to make your own meals.
Check in: This property is a self-check-in property. Our standard check-in time is 3 PM, however we may be able to accommodate earlier times upon request. For check in there is a coded key safe you can use to let yourselves in.
We supply everything you need; bedding, towels and Wi-Fi! The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits for when you arrive!
We offer complimentary digital parking vouchers for one car for the duration of your stay, always allowing you to always park in any resident space in the area.

To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
A refundable security deposit of £350, OR
