Welcome to these stunning, newly established holiday homes that offer modern comfort and an exceptional location right next to a beautifully maintained 18-hole golf course, and just a few hundred meters from the Kattegat Sea and one of Læsø's finest beaches. This bright and inviting holiday home spans 144 m² and features its own large private terrace, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and outdoor dining. The house is designed to comfortably accommodate 8–10 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups.
Inside, the house offers a welcoming entrance, four lovely bedrooms, and an extra sleeping loft accessible from the living room. It also includes two beautiful bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connects to the delightful living area, containing everything you need: a stove with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee maker. For your modern needs, the house is equipped with fiber internet, a TV with Chromecast, and a modern heat pump for year-round comfort.
Læsø Seaside Holiday Homes are perfectly situated on the island's scenic north coast, only a short walk from the sea and some of Læsø's best sandy beaches. The charming harbor town of Østerby is within walking distance, offering a lively atmosphere with excellent restaurants, a supermarket, a fishmonger, and several inviting local shops.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
