The space

Located in an exclusive private residential complex of only 15 villas, this property is situated in a unique enclave on the shores of the coast of Almuñécar, also very close to its historic center. Perched above one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, recognized for its crystal-clear waters and Blue Flag status, the villa stands out for its avant-garde architecture and its natural and open design. Its large windows allow you to enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from all rooms, creating a constant connection with the surroundings.

This elegant villa, southeast facing, offers 337 m² distributed over several floors, designed to provide comfort, privacy and unparalleled views of the Mediterranean Sea.

On the main floor there is a spacious open-concept area that connects the living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. From this floor there is direct access to a terrace with infinity pool, an ideal space to relax and enjoy the sun with total privacy.

The first floor houses the master bedroom, equipped with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. From this room there is access to a pergola-covered terrace with a jacuzzi for four people, from where you can enjoy impressive sea views. On this same floor there is a second bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, views of the Mediterranean and direct access to the terrace.

The ground floor has two spacious guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. Both share a full bathroom and have access to a private terrace of 30 m², offering an additional outdoor space to enjoy with complete tranquility.

You can also enjoy, between November and May, the incredible ski slopes of Sierra Nevada just 1 hour and a half from the accommodation.

We accept pets as long as they are not classified as potentially dangerous and are limited to one pet per property. Unfortunately, we do not accept cats. Thank you for your understanding.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required and is charged before the start of the stay. This amount is automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after departure, provided that no damages or incidents have been detected in the property.
