This centrally located complex offers one spacious 60 m² studio apartment and two cozy 30 m² studios, all designed and furnished to the highest standards. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (dishwasher, combi oven-microwave, refrigerator-freezer, and 4-burner induction hob), a comfortable dining area for four, and a relaxing space with a QLED Smart TV and a boxspring double bed. Every studio has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet, and enjoys ultrafast 500 Mbit WiFi and climate control via split-unit air conditioning.
In the shared hallway, guests have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board — ideal for longer stays. Security cameras in the hallway and exterior provide peace of mind, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all guests.
