Amazing holiday

We had a fantastic time, and the property is perfect for a family trip. We have four children aged 3-13 and they all had a brilliant time. The pool is great and ideal for big and small kids alike. It easily accommodated the six of us!The place was clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were lovely and incredibly kind. They gave us local tips and were on hand if needed, but gave us plenty of space.

Schönes Haus, super Pool

Wir haben mit zwei Familien (acht Personen), eine tolle Zeit in diesem Haus gehabt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und persönlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool mit der eigenen Bar ist hervorragend. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich. wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Vacances très agréables....

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans une maison très agréable, très bien équipée et bien située à proximité des nombreux commerces de Pézenas,et de ses animations mais également des belles villes du Sud (Béziers, Narbonne et Carcassonne...) Le jardin arboré et la belle piscine nous ont permis de profiter d'un cadre reposant et dépaysant. Merci pour l'accueil des propriétaires charmants et pour les figues fraîches. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter...

Belle maison occupée en dehors des vacances, par les propriétaires laissant leurs objets personnels occupant beaucoup d'espaces de rangement. Toutes les chambres n'étaient pas climatisées contrairement à l'annonce. Deux plaques de cuisson sur quatre ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui est très dommageable pour une famille. Habitation à l'écart des commerces. Voiture indispensable. Beaucoup trop de moustiques

Nous sommes désolés mais les trois climatisations sont prévues pour rafraîchir toute la maison. Depuis 10 ans de location nous n'avons jamais eu de telles remarques. Le centre Leclerc se trouve à moins de 300m. Par contre c'est la première fois que nous retrouvons une maison aussi sale après le départ des locataires. Nous déplorons également un fauteuil cassé et un autre emporté par mégarde. Nous aurions apprécié de retrouver des poubelles vidés régulièrement .

Beautiful villa with large pool

The hosts were very welcoming and showed us around the villa, explained how to clean the pool and gave us ideas for trips in the area. The gardens are beautiful and we were allowed to pick tomatos, herbs and plenty of figs from their large fig tree. The villa is stunning. It has everything you need for a great holiday. We loved lounging around the pool and dining in the pool bar area. Lovely quiet location with easy access to supermarkets (5 minute walk) Pezenas town centre is only a 20 minute walk. We had a wonderful 2 week holiday. Thank you !

Beautiful spacious family home, well situated and well equipped

We are a family of 6 (2 children, 4 adults) and stayed here for 2 weeks. We were warmly welcomed by Nadine and Alain to this bright, spacious house in a quiet neighbourhood and we were shown how everything worked. The house is within a short walking distance of local supermarkets (very handy for fresh croissants in the morning!) and a 20 minutes walk to the historic town centre. The house is very well equipped, almost too well... it could do with some empty cupboard space in the kitchen for the food we bought and also some more hanging space in the wardrobes (for dresses and shirts etc) to go with the many empty shelves. The air conditioning was very much appreciated. It would have been nice to have it in all the bedrooms rather than just two of them, but fans were provided in the two rooms without air-con. The pool was fantastic and was used for hours everyday. It was certainly needed to help cool us down in the heatwave! We ate lunch most days in the shade by the poolside. This "kitchen" would have been much better if the fridge and tap worked and if there was something to cook on, as is shown in the listing photographs. Instead, we carried our food round from the kitchen in the house. In the evenings we enjoyed our meals on the terrace, sometimes cooking in the kitchen, sometimes on the plancha and a few times on the barbecue. Cooking on the barbecue meant having to carry the food round from the back of the house as the barbecue is situated behind the pool area. We feel the exterior could do with a little maintenance, some more comfortable seats (reclining chairs would be welcome), one of the parasols was broken and there were broken and wobbly tiles around the pool. The garden was spacious and it was lovely to have somewhere for the children to run around. We very much appreciated the fresh produce we could harvest ourselves. The tomatoes and figs were absolutely delicious! Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house and in Pezenas. We are grateful to Nadine and Alain for making their family home available to us.

Sehr schöne Zeit in Pézenas

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem sehr gepflegten Haus verbracht und wurden sehr herzlich von Alain und Nadine empfangen. Sie waren stets sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig und hat einen schönen großen Pool. Unseren Kindern hat besonders gut gefallen, dass sie zusätzlich zum Pool im Garten toben konnten und das Gemüse aus dem Gemüsegarten ernten durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Strände sind ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Ort Pézenas hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und ein breites Angebot an Restaurants. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen.

Top Urlaubsdomizil in wunderbaren Garten mit Pool.

Wir haben hier mit 7 Personen 2 Wochen gewohnt. Wir würden von den Hausbesitzern Nadine und Alain herzlich empfangen. Uns wurde das Haus und der gepflegte Garten gezeigt und alle Geräte (TV, Pool Pumpe, etc.) erklärt. Das sehr gepflegte Haus hat im Erdgeschoss 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Büro, in dem das Internet sehr gut funktioniert, Küche und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer. Im oberen Geschoss befinden sich 2 weitere Schlafzimmer und ein recht großes Badezimmer. Auf der Terrasse ist ein elektrogrill, den wir jeden Tag benutzt haben. Am Pool ist ein weiterer Grillplatz, und ein weiterer Tisch, wo man auch mit 7 Personen gemütlich sitzen kann. Die Familie hat ein Gemüsegarten, den man Gießen kann und auch ernten darf. Alain kommt vorbei und kümmert sich um den Garten, falls man als Gast keine Lust hat dies zu tun. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich kann dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Nadine and Alain gave us a lovely warm welcome. There villa and pool are amazing and has everthing you could need. Its situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Spent many an evening and morning just sitting relaxing, and there is always an area in the shade to watch the day go by. Very well situated for the centre of the village and supermarkets in walking distance. Definitely on my list to return.

Excellent séjour dans une belle demeure.

La localisation est excellente entre mer et arrière-pays. La maison est très belle et dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires. Le jardin est agréable et la piscine et son coin cuisine adjacent rendent cet espace très plaisant. Nos hôtes, d'une gentillesse et prévenance rares étaient très dédiés à ce que nous ayons des vacances impeccables. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce bien!
