The house has a great location, it is located 300 m from the historic center, restaurants, shops, super market on Saturday. Pezenas is a small quiet town with a rich history with the passage of MoliĂšre. There are all kinds of restaurants, wine bars, many summer activities. You can enjoy a day at the pool and quiet evening out without the need for your car. A broadband internet connection is available. Pezenas is a 20 minutes from the beaches and 20 minutes from Lake Salagou (beautiful). Central location!

The host was very responsive, very helpful and provided pool towels when requested. The property is slightly tired but reflected by the price and more than makes up by the central location and parking. Overall a lovely stay, merci beaucoup!

Lovely stay in Pezenas

Hidden gem with excellent location in Pezenas. Good parking and accessibility to other parts of the region, eg Lac du Salagou and the beaches. Lovely pool and large private walled garden which was totally dog safe. Only issue was that the electrics in the hour were a little old fashioned! Jean Charles was very responsive for the minor issues we encountered.

Well placed property for the centre of Pezanas. Has everything you could need for your stay. The host is really nice. Dog friendly with totally enclosed garden is a bonus. Private car parking space which is really useful.Could be doing with a general decorative upgrade.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans cette maison de vacances de mi-juillet Ă  dĂ©but aoĂ»t. La maison est trĂšs belle et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Tout Ă©tait trĂšs propre et bien amĂ©nagĂ©. Le parking privĂ© est trĂšs pratique. La grande terrasse, la superbe piscine et le jardin complĂštent trĂšs bien ce tableau positif. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs serviable et rĂ©pond trĂšs rapidement aux demandes. L'emplacement est parfait. On n'est pas loin pour faire ses courses (Carrefour ou le marchĂ©). À pied, on est en ville en 5 minutes, ce qui est trĂšs pratique le soir. Pour aller Ă  la plage, il faut compter 20 Ă  30 minutes en voiture. Nous avions des vĂ©los avec nous, que l'on peut aussi facilement ranger sur le terrain. Je recommande vivement cette maison de vacances Ă  tous ceux qui souhaitent se reposer, profiter de la nature et de la culture. We stayed in the vacation home from mid-July to early August. The house is very nice and very well equipped. Everything was very clean and nicely furnished. The private parking lot is very practical. The large terrace, the great pool and the garden round off the positive picture very well. The landlord is very helpful and responds very quickly to requests. The location is perfect. It's not far to the shops (Carrefour or the market). You can walk into town in 5 minutes, which is very practical, especially in the evening. The beach is about 20-30 minutes away by car. We had bicycles with us, which you can easily store on the property. I can highly recommend this site.

Tolle, großzĂŒgige Unterkunft, Parken direkt im geschĂŒtzten Innenhof, tolle Lage-am Rande des total schönen StĂ€dchens PĂ©zenas, das Zentrum zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar, großer Pool und Gartenbereich, komplett von einer Mauer umgeben, das war fĂŒr unseren Hund ideal. Meer innerhalb 25 Minuten erreichbar, auch Hundestrand. Vermieter immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub 👍

Calme, environnement agréable

Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'emplacement et la proximité du centre historique de la localité. Malgré la proximité d'une artÚre fréquentée, il n'y avait pas de nuisance sonore. La climatisation reste un plus durant cette période caniculaire, ainsi que la piscine fort appriécée. Le propriétaire est accueillant et pas compliqué. Merci encore.

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours fort agrĂ©ables dans une maison confortable, Ă©quipĂ©e d'une cuisine oĂč rien ne manque et d'une climatisation bienvenue,(tout comme la piscine), par les tempĂ©ratures que nous avons connues cet Ă©tĂ©. PropriĂ©taire (ou son reprĂ©sentant) trĂšs disponibles et Ă  l'Ă©coute. Juste un petit bĂ©mol, les matelas dans la chambre double grincent au moindre geste. Le parking fermĂ© en plein centre ville est trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©!
