This one bedroom condo was Excellent! It was very clean, great location, very homie and comfortable. Easy to check in and check out no issues at all. Great for a ski in ski out condo and during the summer great access to down hill biking and golf course. I recommend it!

Our stay at Dan & Anne’s vacation home was comfortable and easy, with thoroughly written instructions for us to check in and enjoy their home. We appreciated the beautiful setting, well appointed kitchen, and the location near Granby and Grand Lake. I would think it would be a magical setting during ski season, but it also is great in September. Thanks for sharing your home, it was evident you put a lot of thought and care in making it a great place for VRBO guests!

It was good! We want to come back in the Winter. The pool seemed like too much of a pain to pay extra etc. Some of the other guests were super loud so that took our experience down a bit. Appliances were great. Very cozy place

The reviews of the condo were very accurate. Communication with the host was easy and they were quick to reply. The condo was VERY clean and well stocked. Everything we needed for our stay were in the unit. The condo is 20 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park which was the reason for our visit. We would not hesitate to rebook this condo on our next visit to the area. We were so extremely happy with our decision to stay here.

1st floor unit allows for quickest access to slopes and return to unit for lunch without wasting time on elevator. Easy move in and move out. The most convenient location at a ski base one will ever experience.

This condo is in the perfect location making the ski resort easily accessible. The hosts were prompt in answering my questions. The condo was clean and everything was easy to find. We really enjoyed our trip and would stay at this condo again.

Property was very clean and perfect for our purposes. We particularly liked the gas fireplace and siting in front of it in the evenings. The proximity to the grocery store made it very convenient and their are a number of interesting coffee shops in town.
