Our flat is located only 80mt from the beach, in a building without lift. The property is composed of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, an open plan kitchenette, a double bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, and a balcony. Amenities: A/C, TV, and one uncovered parking space. It can accommodate up to four guests.
°The flat may be situated on the 1st or 2nd floor. Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.

*Check-out: 09:00 (Keys must be returned to the agency)

-1 beach place per booking: 1 parasol, 1 sun chair, 1 sun lounger; assigned upon availability, starting from the 4th row

-Security deposit: 100 Euros > to be returned at the check-out after the property inspection
-City tax
