The house is fully equipped and offers all facilities and amenities including a new BBQ. If you don't feel like cooking though, the most famous fish tavern on the beach (Pantazis) belongs to the family - and we know every corner of this amazing island. You can ask from recipies to ideas for tours and activities. We are a few metres away, for anything you may need.

The Location
Nikiana is a place where you find everything you need! Just next to our little bay and only 100 m from the house, is the famous NV beach bar and all day restaurant, where you can also enjoy sea sports or rent a boat to other beaches. Pantazis, the best fish tavern of Nikiana -right on the seashore - belongs to the family and is just 500m away. The bakery on the main street sells local delicacies you shouldn't miss (ideal for your breakfast). You will explore the island easily from Nikiana, which is located only 6klm from Lefkada town and Nydri. You can rent a car or a boat and visit another magical beach every day.
