Beautiful, spacious lodge finished to a very high standard with private hot tub. Enjoy the facilities in this small and intimate resort or head out to the heart of St Andrews, 5 minutes’ drive away.. All on the Ground Floor:

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Enclosed decking with garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). Sauna, steam room and gym (shared with other properties on-site). 2 small dogs welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. A brand new three-bedroom lodge with a hot tub and beautiful uninterrupted views for complete privacy.

This spacious lodge has three bedrooms, master en-suite, and a family bathroom. Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with doors leading to decking with garden furniture and sunken outdoor hot tub. High quality fixtures and fittings and modern, contemporary decor throughout. Ideal for families, couples or golfers given the close proximity to St Andrews.

The resort is close to Cameron Reservoir with a designated footpath where you can enjoy wildlife, boating and fishing. Only a 5-minute drive to St Andrews or there is a regular local bus service that will take you to St Andrews or towns in the surrounding area.
