In the past few years, we’ve really enjoyed renting out to travelers like
yourself. Starting with our main home in Gardabaer while we are travelling and now our little getaway in Akureyri.

The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Akureyri, making it incredibly convenient for guests to explore all that the town has to offer. With its central location, guests are just steps away from the best restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops in the area.

The apartment features two bedrooms, both furnished with comfortable king and queen-size beds and high-quality linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. Living room with a flat-screen TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon and more through the Apple tv - and Xbox computer.

The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate up to six guests. In addition to the king and queen-size beds in the bedrooms, there is also a comfortable sofa in the living room that can be converted into a double bed. We provide all the necessary bedding and linens for the sofa bed, as well as extra towels and pillows to ensure that all guests have a comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. There is also a dining area with table and chairs, providing a comfortable space to enjoy your meals.

The bathroom has a shower. We provide fresh towels, soap and shampoo for your convenience.

The balcony is equipped with outdoor seating, making it a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the town and surroundings during the summertime.

We offer free Wi-Fi, and there is also a washing machine and dryer available for guests to use. Both free and paid parking is available in front of the house.

Please note that there are stairs to go up to access our apartment, so mind that if you have any mobility issues.

There is a locked keybox where you will find the keys to the apartment. The keybox is located at the top of the stairs. We will send you the code to access the keybox on the day of your arrival. Please remember to return the keys to the keybox when you check out.

We offer self check-in to ensure a hassle-free arrival. 24 hours before check in we will send you detailed instructions on how to access the apartment, including the key code for the front door. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are always available to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.
