A wishful dream came into reality! When my wife and I purchased "Seas The Day", we had three grown children, NOW our family has grown to 14. Our goal on the onset was to lease for six months during the season, and during the offseason, have our family enjoy the beauty of the condo and the area. This goal has been achieved. Our family thoroughly enjoys "Seas The Day" from October to March. We all live in Atlanta, Georgia area and the six and a half hour trip to Miramar Beach is well worth the drive. In our future retirement, Miramar Beach will be our special retreat spending our mornings with coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and in the evening watching the sunsets and thanking the stars for granting our wish.
