We had a great family getaway here for fall break. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of us. The views from the balcony were beautiful, especially at sunset, and we really enjoyed having our morning coffee out there.The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to cook meals when we wanted to stay in. The layout worked perfectly for our family, with a nice master bedroom and a fun bunk room for the kids. The location was also very convenient, close to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants.Check-in and communication were simple and smooth. Even with some elevator work going on, it didn’t cause much of an issue for us.Overall, this condo made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d be happy to come back and would recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing beach trip.

We loved our time there! Beautiful pools, short walk to the beach. Only problem was the third bedroom with bunk beds was more of a closet just inside the front door! This condo is better suited for two couples and a couple kids, rather than three couples and two kids! That being said we made it work and loved our time there! View was awesome as well!

The property is absolutely beautiful. Looks right out to the beach which was SO close. I love having pools right there. There is so much to do in the area. Rick was an amazing host and responded immediately to any questions. I would definitely book this again.

Very nice and bright place

I have health issues that make me get cold very easy. I've only been to Florida once. It was raining almost the whole time. So didn't do much outside. I was staying with my older sister and her teenage granddaughter and her friends. I was concerned about getting too cold while sleeping. The host closed the vent in bedroom I stayed in. They even put a heate in it if I needed. I actually got kinda hot sleeping. Lol. But I prefer that. I have mobility issues too. Unfortunately, the place didn't have safety grab bars in shower. Nor any extra racks in bathroom to hang stuff on. Other than the one robe type hook on door. I'm under 5 ft. So I couldn't reach it well. I use a lot of towels in bathroom to ensure safety. I was very surprised there were no additional racks for towels, etc. I'd never stayed in a condo for vacation though. Maybe this is standard. I have low vision too. I was thrilled that it was all in light color's. With lots of bright lights.

Awesome view of beach from large balcony! Unit was clean and easy to access. Safe and convenient location. Lots of amenities! Host had excellent communication! Would definitely stay with again!

We had a wonderful time. It’s a great condo with comfy beds and everything you would need for a stay. Highly recommend! We loved drinking our coffee on the balcony enjoying the ocean views!

Wonderful stay at Shelley Shores

Kim and Rick’s place is fantastic. The location couldn’t be better. Close to the beach and restaurants. The condo had everything you would need for a family vacation. Bring your bathing suit and sandals and have fun. Can’t wait to visit again.

We fell in love with every part of Ariel Dunes I #1402 in Seascape Resort from the start. It suits our vacation desires - spacious accommodations for all, fantastic views and beach access, but the kicker for us was the proximity to the very beautifully sculpted shopping areas and Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Grand Blvd, Destin Commons, and Baytowne Wharf. The restaurants around us are fantastic, with everything from quick and delicious food to some of the finest dining in the world. And then - the beach!!! Rick has travelled the world - there is no question Destin/Miramar Beach has THE best beaches you will ever find!
