Spacious and Newly Renovated 16th floor Penthouse with an amazing view from the beach to the bay! 3BR / 3BA sleeps 8 with 3 king beds a bunk and sleeper chair. Everything is brand new and updated! Upgraded new mattresses, Master has a motion adjustable “Purple” Mattress. Views and balcony access from every room!

Amenities include… Restaurant and Bar with dining inside and outside. Beach Bar, Beach Chair set up included, Pool with Baby Pool, 2 Hot Tubs, Tennis court, Pickle Ball court, Basketball court, outdoor grill and patio area, Fitness Room, Spa and Salon.

Ginger was great at communicating during our stay. The view and location were perfect. Our family loved the elevated walkway to the beach without having to cross the busy street and the private beach access.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location with a view of both the beach and bay! Pictures are exactly what it looks like, and all bedrooms had adequate storage and space. Would 100% stay again if we get the opportunity.

Outdoor furniture was still in the room. Had to bring out ourselves. No trash bags. No beach towels. No dishwasher pods. No laundry detergent. Master shower was constantly getting clogged. Middle room tv would not work

Dear Vanessa I’m so sorry you were not happy with your stay. I wish you had brought me your concerns because I could have handled any issues. I was in the condo for a week before your stay and I am not sure what happened but the comments you made may be a misunderstanding. The furniture you are talking about is indoor furniture. It should not have been taken outside. Not even sure where you would put extra furniture on the deck. I also left dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink, the master shower was not clogged while I was there and I leave beach towels under the middle bathroom sink which most condo rentals do not supply anyway. The tv in the 2nd bedroom was working and I have not had any complaints since you left about it. We do not supply washing machine detergent as is customary with other rentals. We hope you enjoyed the beach service and were comfortable otherwise. Wishing you the best.

Nice property with lots of amenities

I almost felt guilty for picking 3 bedrooms for 2 people but it was worth it! Plenty of patio space, great kitchen and beach area was great.

Best Vacation Rental around Destin

The penthouse was amazing. Fantastic views and beautiful interior. Beds were very comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning with ocean views. Easy access to the beach! This will be my go to place!

Great Condo with a terrific view.

Condo was as described. It had a wonderful view, we utilized the balcony so much. We were traveling with two elderly people and the condo was easy for them to navigate.
