The holiday home, which is mostly located in the new part, impresses with its quiet and idyllic location surrounded by nature and the hospitality of the friendly owner.
The Piccola Oasi San Nicola is simple but well-kept. Vintage furniture lines up with new furniture. The house has one bedroom; a further sleeping area (with double bed) is housed in a niche which can be optically divided by a curtain (see image). The ancient vaults and the stone basin, always ancient, remind us of times gone by...

You can have breakfast outside in the shade of a downy oak. Outdoors, purple bougainvillea, olive trees, a weeping willow as well as mandarin, orange and fig trees make for a truly Mediterranean setting.

This domicile is particularly suitable for those who love nature and have planned a limited budget for their trip to Puglia.

The splendid Città bianca of Ostuni is only a few kilometers away.
