Here, you can relax and take in the tranquility of the wishing well water fountain, firepit table, BBQ/Griddle, outdoor TV, the 4 person hot tub, and the 2 person Far Infrared Sauna. There is a shared courtyard with a small 4 person hot tub, far infrared sauna, wishing well/water fountain, firepit table and a BBQ/Griddle. These are for use of all guests. There is also an outdoor TV located above the hot tub. Its a cozy relaxing area.

There is a middle school behind our home. It's not noisy and during the weekdays, you may observe children walking by or parents dropping off their kids in the morning and afternoon. Rest assured, though, the patio is private and you won't even know they are walking by.
