The living room anchors the space with two plush sofas, a striking exposed stone fireplace housing a wood-burning stove, and wide-plank oak flooring throughout. The dining area flows naturally from the living room, with a beautiful round wooden table seating four beneath a vaulted ceiling with original white-painted beams.
Alongside it, the kitchen is a real highlight - sage green shaker cabinetry with brass fittings, white worktops, a herringbone tile splashback and everything you`d need to cook up a storm.
Also on the ground floor is the bathroom, finished to a high spec with sandy metro tiles, a bath with overhead rainfall shower and brushed brass fittings throughout.
Upstairs, the vaulted landing with exposed timber trusses is an architectural moment in itself. The primary bedroom is a lovely retreat - a king bed with a padded headboard set beneath a decorative panelled apex wall, with pink lampshades adding a warm glow.
The second bedroom, tucked under the eaves, has a cosy, romantic feel with a rattan headboard, velvet throw, and a Velux window letting in the morning light.
As you`ll see in the photos, we have an open landing that connects the two bedrooms upstairs, while we have high railings - just a note to please be careful, especially with children.
We have a foldable cot here but please note we don`t provide cot linen so you will need to bring your own if you plan to use the cot.
Outside The private enclosed garden is an unexpected treat - a proper lawn bordered by Cotswold stone walls, with a patio seating area and parasol perfect for alfresco breakfasts or evening drinks. It`s enclosed and quiet, despite being moments from the village centre.
We also have the luxury of a private parking space here - a rarity in central Bourton!
We have on site electric vehicle chargers enabling you to charge your car seamlessly while staying with us. This is with voltshare so all you need to do is download their app and pay to charge when you need to. Please note there’s an additional charge to use the EV chargers.

You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed. • Pets allowed but please note are only allowed on the ground floor, kitchen and living room spaces and not in bedrooms. Pets are also not allowed on furniture. • No parties or events allowed. • No smoking allowed. • No unregistered guests allowed. • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. • Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75. • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. • Please don’t rearrange the furniture. • Please do your dishes. • Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
