The property features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with a grill, a fire pit, a private outdoor hot tub that accommodates 4 adults and can reach temperatures of up to 40 degrees Celsius, and an incredible heated pool—available only during the warm season—measuring 6 metres long by 4 metres wide and 1 1/2 metres deep. The entire ranch, with its beautiful trees, will be available for you to enjoy with your family or friends.

All types of vehicles can access the property; arrival is via highway.

We offer high-speed STARLINK Wi-Fi for all your devices, as well as strategically placed mini-split air conditioners covering the living room, dining room, and kitchen. In addition, quiet tower fans are available in the bedrooms.

Due to its size and number of bedrooms, the property is recommended for 6 guests; however, we are willing to accommodate up to 8 people in total, with an extra guest fee applied.

We have a security guard who lives on the property with his wife and children. They do not intrude on your privacy, but if you need anything during your stay, Mrs. Margarita will be happy to assist you.
