Cozy cottage in the grounds of an old mill

🌟 A charming stone cottage, a garden, and a stream winding through the trees towards the historic mill, lovingly restored. This is the ideal spot for a couple or two friends seeking authenticity, beauty, and moments to share. Located in the picturesque Lot region, a short distance from the Périgord, the cottage welcomes you with its cosy and bright atmosphere. An invitation to explore the castles and fairytale landscapes of southwestern France.

🏡 Gîte du Moulin de Maître Pierre is a small, 40-square-meter yellow stone cottage on two levels:
⸰ 𝗣𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮 - dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower.
⸰ 𝗣𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗲 - air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, mattress topper, down and memory foam pillows.

🛎️ Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and free on-site parking.

🌳 The highlight of the garden is the stream that carries water to the mill, a natural soundtrack that creates a unique atmosphere. You can relax on the lawn, read under the trees, and soak up the tranquility. The garden is shared with us—your hosts, who live in the mill across from the cottage—and with our pets: two dogs, two cats, and six chickens. We’re always around but keep to ourselves, happy to offer advice or have a chat if you’d like.

🅿️ The cottage has a separate entrance through a private gate. Upon arrival, we’ll be there to welcome you in person and give you the keys.

🤝 We live in the mill right across from the cottage and are always available if you need anything.

🚭 Smoking is not permitted indoors. An ashtray is available outside.

📍Please note that we do NOT provide breakfast or meal service.

🐾 We also have a large dog, a medium-sized dog, two cats, and six chickens living with us.
