NO ELEVATOR!!! Explain in my booking due to disabilities of my partner it was necessary to have a ground floor room. I contacted them previously too. Arrived and it was a nightmare just to get someone to the front desk. They leave a number at the front desk when u walk in but no one answered even after call several times. They only wanted to give us a room on the third floor. They were rude and uncaring. We had to leave. Requested a refund. Have not heard anything yet.

First of all, theres NO ELEVATOR. This is the worst place I have ever booked. The front desk staff would not answer the phone after several attempts but then when they were there, they were rude and dismissive. I had booked a specific room due to my partners terminal diagnosis. He is very weak & cannot endure sny physica strain. I made this clear on the reservation & even texted in their chat contact about it ahead of time. I did get a liability response that they couldn't promise anything due to the fact of availability. I totally get that but the front desk would only give us a 3rd floor room. There's no way they had nothing else but that room. The parking lot was very empty. I explained the situation. She was heartless, cold and indifferent. She told me I could go next door to the Quality Inn. Which, by that time it was late, so I did. I asked in the chat for a refund. I'm waiting on an answer.

Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland, literally, which of course end up to not because it’s outside working hours. I end up booking to another hotel for my 13-year old son has s soccer game at 8AM. Came back the following morning to check in. Alas! My booking was cancelled! I tried to contact support which is useless on top of repititive machine generated messages. I tried to ask for a refund and the host referred me to contact Expedia. Thank you Expedia for not providing a contact number in your app and a useless AI chat which is equally useless to claim a refund. I hope somebody from Expedia that is willing to help will read this review.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Ich kam zurecht. Ich ging davon aus, ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer zu bekommen, da die Anzeige meinen Anforderungen entsprach, also buchte ich es. Konkret ging es mir um eine Sitzbank in der Dusche. Vor Ort wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer aufgrund des von mir gewählten Betttyps keine Sitzbank hatte. Das hatte ich bei der Buchung anders verstanden.

Das Management ist außergewöhnlich, und die Mitarbeiter behandeln einen wie ein Familienmitglied. Die Zimmer sind die saubersten, die ich je in einer Langzeitaufenthalts-Unterkunft gesehen habe, und ich habe schon einige besucht. Wenn Sie in diese Gegend ziehen und eine einladende, saubere Atmosphäre suchen, sollten Sie unbedingt vorbeikommen und es sich ansehen. Glauben Sie mir! Ich war schon in vier anderen Unterkünften in St. Louis, und diese ist mit Abstand die beste!

Nach einem Brand und dem Verlust meiner Mutter standen wir ohne Zuhause da. Ich bin Extended Stay America unendlich dankbar, wo wir unterkommen konnten. Die Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Wir waren von März bis Juni dort. Wir haben schon in vielen gehobenen Hotels übernachtet, aber keines kann mit dem Komfort von Extended Stay America mithalten.
