Lovely 2-BR apartment with free parking

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located North Hampton 2 bedroom apartment with 1 queen bed and a day bed. Walking distance to Macklind or Hampton Village with many contemporary restaurants and bars. 5 minutes from interstate 44 and 10 minutes to downtown or Forest Park. Quiet street and a quiet building so that you can enjoy a comfortable stay!

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out is $50.

The apartment was nice. Neighbor was quiet. People walking dogs around. The only problem is the washer and dryer are in the basement and it felt scary and the washer is on bricks and I couldn't reach into washer to get clothes out so I couldn't use it.

Great South City location

It was warm, dry, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the host was attentive. It is a great location and is the example of South St. Louis living. It is in a 4 family flat and everything that goes with that experience.

Great location, great host

The location of the apartment was perfect for all of the activities we planned in St Louis. Especially loved how close it is to The Hill! Jeffrey was an excellent host. He was very communicative and responded quickly. Easy check in and out process. The only thing that was not exactly as we hoped was that the bathroom was a bit dirty. It looked as if the back of the sink and toilet had not been cleaned in a while. Aside from that everything was great. We would highly recommend!

Nasty little apartment

First, it took 15 minutes to get the deadbolt to finally release. Once inside it was pretty dirty, saw a couple cockroaches scurrying away. Wanted to make a couple drinks and there was only one glass, needdd to literally pry it off the shelf. Then when I tried to shower it was discovered that the part yo make the water go to the shower head was missing. It was repaired pretty quickly but too late for me to take a shower before I left to go out that day. This was the worst vrbo I’ve ever stayed at and it’s really not even close. You should take it off the listings

Nice Little Apartment

I was in St. Louis to visit family, and this apartment was in a good location. The apartment was clean and met our needs for this trip. What you need to know before you rent: 1. Access to the second bedroom is through the first bedroom. There isn't any heat or AC in the second bedroom, closing the door between the two rooms will make the second room uncomfortable. The bed in the second bedroom is not a queen sized bed as advertised in the listing. 2. The laundry facilities are shared and located in the basement of the building. The basement is used as storage and is cluttered. Tenants from the neighboring buildings also use this laundry facility so finding a time when it is empty is difficult. 3. The building is old and you can hear everything that goes on in the other apartments, the tenants above this apartment are very loud and do not have any regard for others. A loud argument with lots of foul language took place on the back stairs around 11PM on Friday night. 4. The screen in the front door is torn, and front porch was littered when we arrived. 5. If you are traveling with someone with mobility issues, this is NOT a good choice as the steps are very steep and the one handrail is shaky. Overall, I rate it fours stars because it was inexpensive, the check-in and check-out processes were simple, the location was close to everything we needed.

Perfect space

The space itself was very nice and cozy. Downtown was just a short drive and the neighborhood was nice to walk around. After long days of site seeing, attending games, and being outside it was a great place to unwind. There were a lot of options when it came to streaming services. Having the back bedroom was a plus. It gave me a spot to keep my clothes and it be out of the way of the space we used. Overall we loved the place and would stay there again. The only part I want to mention to others is that it is a shared building. There is someone that lives above the apartment itself. There were times late at night the person walked heavily as well in the morning. No one’s fault, they are old buildings but something to be aware of.

Trash everywhere people already staying there

This property booked me but people were already staying there. The property manager had no idea and made me wait until 4 to check in. When I walked it there was trash everywhere, tobacco pancakes left out on the kitchen table. It was gross. Obviously someone was staying there. It was so late in the day and I was basically out of luck for a place to stay I had to drive to Arnold to find a place to sleep that night. It was ridiculous.
