A magnificent one-bedroom studio in Block A of the famous Skol building, situated right on the beachfront in the centre of Marbella. All amenities and services are just a stone’s throw away, so there’s no need for a car. This east-facing property offers magnificent views of the sea and a lush park. The apartment has been fully renovated and is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This holiday home features a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a smart TV and access to the terrace with seaside views; a fully equipped kitchen open to the lounge, ready for you to cook; and a bedroom with a double bed. East facing, sun in the morning.

The complex has communal gardens, three swimming pools open all year round, a cafeteria, and a gate leading to the beach promenade.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
