Great location and well-equipped condo

Great condo, halfway between Malaga and Marbella, easy drive to Ronda and connections to Granada. Plenty of options for food and could hear the waves from the bedroom. Owner was great at answering questions and communicating with us.

Excellent Stay in Mirabella

Overall our stay was good. Blanca and Jose the owners met us and were there to help us with any questions we had. The condo was as promised and was very close to many amenities. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Very nice apartment close to the beach

Jose Antonio and Blanca are very nice hosts and very approachable. Information provided upfront was very helpful for our nice stay. The apartment is very close to the beach and also a good starting point for our sightseeing-tours to various sights in Andalusia. We really enjoyed our one-week-stay

The best recommendations! We had such a lovely vacation at José and Blancas apartment. Near beaches, restaurant and a nice pool outside. Blanca and José are the best host and take the best care of you. We will be back! Ulrika with family

Everything Fantastic!!!

We had the most amazing holiday here, the apartment and the location were perfect! Our flight was earlier than check in so Blanca let us store our cases while we chilled by the pool! Plenty of sun loungers by the pool too which was just in front of terrace! Could not fault this place at all, will def be back!

Wonderful Family-Friendly Apartment Near the Beach

Wonderful Family-Friendly Apartment Near the BeachWe had a fantastic week in this holiday apartment as a family. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotless and very well-equipped, especially for families with small children. Everything we needed for our baby was provided, which made our stay so much easier. The host was extremely friendly and always available for any questions. We highly recommend this apartment to families looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Great place in an ideal location!!!

Apartment has everything you could need for a short holiday stay. The owners are lovely and super helpful and are quick to answer any questions you may have and always offer great recommendations of where to go! The best part is the location! It is literally a stone’s throw from the beach! You have quick access from a back gate in the garden which takes you straight onto the sandy beaches where you will find many beach clubs and great restaurants! Had a wonderful stay! Thank you Bianca and Jose!

Fantastic location & super apartment

We loved our six week stay. 30 seconds walk to the beach. Private, gated complex. Really well appointed apartment. Everything worked and very high standard of appliances. Blanca and Jose were really great hosts - attentive and they suggested restaurants that we would never have found on our own. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you for a memorable holiday : )

Exceeded our expectations.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything you needed to spend some very good days of rest. It is a very quiet apartment right next to the pool and with wifi that goes very fast and without interruptions, it has free parking within the urbanization which is very important to us. The location is fantastic right next to a quiet beach without stones. Without a doubt one of the best apartments we have been to in Marbella taking into account the price and quality.

Lovely apartment

My daughter and I stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment (each with a shower room and separate toilet which is very useful especially for a family of 4) in May 2019. It is very comfortable and well equipped. It is a stones throw away from the gorgeous beach and the beach bar is fabulous for food and pre dinner drinks try the fish and king prawn kebabs! We had an ant issue (where doesn’t in Spain) and Jose was quick to come round with insect repellent etc.... would definitely recommend if you are coming to Elveria.

As you could see the apartment is surrounded by trees and vegetation on all sides, this makes it very difficult in the hot months to eliminate all the ants from the terrace. Quiet complex beachfront

The location was great if you want a quiet beachfront resort type experience. The apartment is on the bottom floor so no beach view or sitting area as portrait in the pictures but there is a nice table to eat on and has a washer and rack outside . The apartment is convenient for two couples or family. The host were very quick to respond to any request . The area is about 20 mins by bus to Marbella town . We did take the bus and train to visit other areas but if you mind the commuting it does take some consideration as it’s long if you don’t have a car . We liked the area for the market and restaurants options but there’s no nightlife if that’s want you want . We didn’t so it was fine and actually nice to return to a quiet area after the hustle of other towns . The pool is amazing and the beach too. We didn’t take the gym option as it’s in a small closed room and not to inviting . All in all I recommend the apartment if you want a nice place beachfront and don’t mind the commute and the terrace without a view . Description is pretty accurate but it is not in Marbella but Elveria .

Ich bin Josef, 64 Jahre und schreibe selten eine Rezession. In diesem Fall ist es mir schon wichtig um zu „warnen“. Wenn ihr diese Wohnung mietet, sollte euch klar sein, daß die Bilder im Internet schon älter sind. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht fachmännisch/ordentlich renoviert. Wir waren zu viert und waren einer Meinung, die Wohnung hatte vermutlich einen Wasserschaden, was der Vermieter Jose A. Garcia verschwieg.Die Badezimmertür schließt nicht, Türzarge nach Wasserschaden aufgequollen. Bodenbelag Laminat teilweise leicht aufgequollen, Wölbung an den Ecken.Die Wohnung riecht muffig, vermutlich Schimmel hinter einer Wand die mit Leisten auf Schaumstoff verkleidet wurde. Daher sind in der ganzen Wohnung Gläser mit Duftöl (Vanille) verteilt, habe 7 Stück gezählt auf 70qm. Das Inventar, Gläser Geschirr Besteck sind auch in die Jahre gekommen, Gläser verkratzt milchig, Kaffeebecher mit Beschädigung am oberen Rand (Schnittgefahr).Armaturen verkalkt, Toaster dreckig, jede Menge alte Krümmel, Wasserkocher total verkalkt …Ich könnte noch so einiges aufzählen aber überlegt euch ob ihr nicht etwas besseres findet.Auf alle Fälle übt keine Kritik gegenüber dem Vermieter Jose A. Garcia.Seine Frau Blanda scheint ganz nett zu sein, aber Jose A. Garcia lässt keine Kritik zu.Er wird am Telefon laut, lässt einen nicht zu Wort kommen ist respektlos zum Kunden.Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Sein Kommentar wir hätten ja keinen Luxus gebucht!?Wir wollten auch keinen

Sie versuchen, uns zu schaden, und genau das ist Ihre Absicht. Ich möchte auf Ihren Kommentar mit größtem Respekt antworten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie die Wohnung nachts rücksichtslos betreten und sich grundlos respektlos verhalten haben. (Wir gingen davon aus, dass Sie von Ihrer Reise müde waren und haben uns nichts weiter dabei gedacht, aber leider war dem nicht so.) Wir hatten Ihnen bereits vor Ihrer Ankunft erklärt, dass es ein kleines Problem mit der Badezimmertür gibt und Ihnen mitgeteilt, dass dieses nach Ihrer Abreise behoben wird, um jegliche Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden. Es ist falsch zu behaupten, es rieche muffig (die Wohnung liegt 25 Meter vom Meer entfernt UND SIE RIECHT NACH MEER). Auch die Behauptung, die Gläser, Tassen und Teller seien alt, ist falsch. Am nächsten Tag erhielt meine Frau Fotos von DEM GROSSEN PROBLEM: eine Tasse mit einem kleinen Chip und ein trübes Glas, OBWOHL SICH IN DER WOHNUNG 12 WEITERE TASSEN UND 16 GLAS IN EINWANDFREIEM ZUSTAND BEFINDET… Josef, ich verstehe vollkommen, dass jemandem die Wohnung nicht gefallen könnte (was vor deiner Ankunft nicht der Fall war…), aber etwas verstehe ich nicht: WENN ALLES WIRKLICH SO IST, WIE DU ES BESCHREIBST, WARUM HAST DU, DER DU DICH THEORETISCH SO UNWOHL IN DER WOHNUNG GEFÜHLT HAST, DIE VON MIR ANGEBOTENE RÜCKERSTATTUNG ?

Het appartement is op de begane grond, dus er is geen stand of zee zicht. . wel een paar meter lopen vanaf het strand. Verder een heel fijn schoon en mooi appartement, de eigenaren zijn heel behulpzaam en aardig. Persoonlijk vind ik wel dat je een auto nodig hebt. Er rijd een bus, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Die Unterkunft war super, Lage direkt am Strand und Pool, wie beschrieben! Küche super ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, unheimlich nette und bemühte Vermieter!!! Trotz Regen in den ersten Tagen ein toller Urlaub!!!

Lovely apartment with all amenities. Welcomed by the owners who explained everything and gave advice on restaurants etc. direct access to the fabulous beach and short walk to shops bars and restaurants

Very comfortable apartment

Great location to beach and amenities, unfortunately the unprecedented weather limited our adventures in the community. Good thing that the apartment had great internet and satellite TV which kept us entertained during the rainy weather. Blanca and Jose were great hosts, they met us at the apartment upon arrival and and gave us a thorough introduction to the apartment. Communication was great and always timely.

Sehr ruhig, schön am Strand, die Zimmer zum Strand

Die Zimmer zum Strand echt ruhig. Hunde kann man auch zum Frühstück mitnehmen. Dusche sehr groß und sauber, auch das Dop.-Bett. Die Garage sehr groß. In der Nähe sehr gute Restaurants um mittags essen zu gehen.
