Villa Le Mura is a magnificent Medicean country semidetached house located in the picturesque landscape of Grassina (Florence).This historic villa has been recently renovated to offer modern comforts while retaining its timeless character. The bus stop, only 350 meters away, provides direct connections to Florence’s city center (10 km). For golf lovers, the prestigious Ugolino Golf Club is conveniently situated just 6 kilometers from the property.

The property is fully enclosed, ensuring privacy and security. It includes an 800 sqm main building and a 3,000 sqm illuminated garden with olive trees, a lawn, and a private swimming pool (5.5 x 11.5 meters, 1.6 meters deep; open April 1 to October 31) equipped with a gazebo, sunbeds, a shower, and a toilet. A parking area for five cars is also available.

The swimming pool area, while unfenced, is monitored by security cameras.
The villa owner resides in a separate building facing the pool, with windows covered by heavy curtains to maintain guest privacy. The owner is available to assist if needed but remains discreet. All outdoor facilities, including the garden and pool, are exclusively for guest use.

GROUND FLOOR:
The ground floor offers a spacious and inviting layout, cantered around a large patio with a bright winter garden. This area is filled with natural light and features numerous sofas and a cosy TV corner. There are a modern kitchen, a dining room, a small but functional gym and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing board.
The ground floor also features four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, described as follows:
1) The biggest bedroom with a big four poster bed (king size) and a single sofa bed. The ensuite bathroom has a shower. This room has a direct access to the swimming pool.
2) Bedroom with a king size bed which can be split into single beds on request, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
3) Bedroom with a king size bed which can be split into single beds on request, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
4) Suite accessed via 10 steps, split on two levels: on the ground floor there is a little living room with a double sofa bed, and on the upper floor (18 stairs) there is a bedroom with a king size bed which can be split into singles on request. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and a bath tub with jacuzzi function.

There are 18 stairs separating the two floors, where are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom as follows:
