Great condo, gorgeous beaches!

The condo was great, exactly as described, and perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms and bedrooms had plenty of linens. The beach and water in this area is gorgeous - white sand and clear, emerald green water!!

Our stay

Very nice property with great view of the water. Host was available when needed. We had a great week of baseball, runner up in the tournament. One complaint is second bedroom temperature is warm.

Surfside Resort

Very nice condo. It was clean and had everything we needed! Property manager was available and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again

2022 Girls Vacay

This trip was amazing. From the booking to arrival check in to check out!!!!!!! The condo was exactly as pictured on the VRBO listing. Very clean!!! We had everything we needed right there. And the view..... Gorgeous!!! Restaurant & Beach Bar was fabulous, pool and hot tubs marvelous, the staff were so friendly and accomodating. This resort is a must stay!!!! Will definitely be back for another visit. Patty Ramsey and friends. May 13-19, 2022. When can I come back?

Great view and stay

My wife and I needed a break from work and decided to head to the beach. The property we chose had a great balcony with a view of the beach and sounds of the waves crashing. There is a walkway from the resort across the street to the beach, but we found it easier to just walk across the street through the gate. Parking was easy and bed was comfortable. I will likely stay at this location again!!

Great Spring Break Trip

This condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out, beautiful ocean views, and resort type convenience in the building. I would definitely visit here again.

Perfect experience!

Everything was just as described and true to the photos. The location was easy to find and the staff was professional and helpful. Amenities were outstanding and well kept. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location

Condo was as advertised and sits across the street from a beautiful strip of beach. Sadly, it rained the entire time we stayed here so we definitely need to come back to try again. Building‘s gym is well equipped and the parking wasn’t a problem. Due to staffing there was no one at the front desk when we checked in at 9p at night so wristbands/parking pass and amenities code was picked up the next morning. Place was really spacious and balcony has a great view. My only criticism is that the place doesn’t come with beach towels (although does come with beach chair and umbrella which we never got to use due to rain) so we had to run out and buy two towels down the street the night we arrived. It then proceeded to rain so we never used the towels. Would be nice if condo came stocked with beach towels. Also, the check out instructions are confusing as the ones emailed to me were different than the ones in the apartment which requested the towels be cleaned, dried and folded prior to check out which is 9:30am! That makes having a shower the morning of departure or using a hand towel after washing hands very complicated. Luckily I clarified this with the owner/manager and we did NOT in fact have to launder all the towels before our early departure. This would be nice to clarify on your listing as we actually booked an extra day having read this requirement in other reviews which we then didn’t need. Also, having coffee filters would also be a nice touch.

Labor Day Weekend

The condo was great! Roomie and located in a wonderful location. Loved the chairs provided on the beach. The balcony of the condo was awesome and plenty of chairs to hang and entertain. The resort’s tennis and ball courts kept my teens happy. The condo is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My only complaint would be the early checkout of 9am plus having to have all the towels washed, dried and folded by that time , it was a bit stressful for the last day to checkout.

it was amazing

Really had a wonderful time. Online pics were a good representation of Surfside!!! Did not even know it had a beach side bar and it was amazing. I could have sustained life on the crab artichoke dip. Would definitely stay here again

Resort could be improved upon .

The parking garage was not clean and the parking in general was not user friendly when you share it with other renters, restaurant goers and people parking there for a meeting or sing-alongs . The condo itself is in dire need of a makeover. Furniture is old and wore out , hallway closet doors not usable , no stopper in the 2nd bathroom and no ground fault outlets in the kitchen sink area as well as both bathrooms . Also trash shoots need to be cleaned and deodorized . We would not consider this property again .
