Perfect for families, snowbirds, and pet owners, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps six comfortably and is equipped with all-tile floors, a washer/dryer, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Spend your days relaxing on the beach with complimentary beach setups (two chairs and an umbrella March through October), or unwind with a book from the condo's extensive collection.

We had a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool. The seating was comfortable and we had plenty of towels and wash cloths. Ice maker was great. We needed cookie sheets we requested and received same dayThe only thing there wasn’t a closet in one of the bed rooms and the same room needs more window treatment. Other than those minor things it was a great place.

Condo was very clean. It is small and would be tight with 4 people but the view is fantastic! Its a great place to stay with your pet as well. The pic displayed here looks like it was taken from our balcony. Had a great time here and we definitely will be coming back.

The view was stunning from this unit and it's nice to have the balcony to enjoy even on rainy days. Maravilla has great amenities and works really well for anyone traveling with a pup. Access to the beach is easy and very close to this unit. Host was communicative. The condo needs updating in general. Some issues that could be easily addressed include broken lamps and shades in the primary bedroom, malfunctioning latches on shelving in the primary bathroom, old furniture, and outdated kitchen supplies.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO, it has a great view of the Gulf, easy beach access. There was a little construction going on with the building but it was of little disruption.

Overall, we had a good stay at this spot. The unit was clean and the view is amazing! The only thing I would say is you can hear upstairs neighbors occasionally, but that is to be expected in a condo. Can’t beat the location!

The unit is very clean, the bed is comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. We loved not having to look for parking just walk across to the beach. The pool on site also very clean. It was the perfect weekend getaway for us and our 2 dogs. The view exactly like the picture. Loved it!!!
