At first sight I was a bit troubled because people were hanging out in front of the property. Upon a pproaching the entrance we noticed there was garbage and landscaping was non existant. Once we entered there was no one at the front desk there was a door bell. I rung it after some time a woman with no name tag or identifying uniform steps out. She did not greet us looks us up then said we had to pay a cleaning fee. She gave us a room key. We proceeded to the elevater and noticed the rugs were dirty and smelly. We made our way down the dimly lite hallway. I entered the room and immediately noticed towels thrown on top of the counter in the small kitchenette. I proceeded to to rest other side where the beds were they were not made up. There was garbage on the TV stand and the bathroom was disgusting garbage and things thrown around the floor and sink. We turned around and went downstairs where I told the woman behind the plexiglass partition that the room was not made up and dirty and if there was someone that could possibly make up the room so that we could stay there as we had had a long day of driving. She said she didn't clean. I didn't expect her to do it. However I proceeded to ask for manager and there was none at this facility. We tried to contact the person who sent the email welcoming us and as of this day have not heard back. I am currently trying to get a refund for this stay. Please be aware this is not a safe or clean environment.

Mein Aufenthalt im Extended Stay of America war fantastisch, ich hätte mir kein besseres Hotel aussuchen können. Es gab keinerlei Probleme, abgesehen von einer kleinen Lärmbelästigung, die der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sofort behoben hat, noch bevor ich überhaupt daran dachte, anzurufen. Ich kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der einen komfortablen, sauberen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt fernab von zu Hause sucht!

Ich habe diese Hotelkette vor ein paar Jahren in Houston, Texas, entdeckt. Letztes Wochenende war ich mit meinem Mann und meinem Sohn in Buffalo. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Gegend wirkte sehr sicher und liegt in der Nähe einer Schnellstraße und eines großen Einkaufszentrums. Außerdem sind die Niagarafälle nur 25 Minuten entfernt. Die Küche im Zimmer ist wirklich toll, man kann sich sein Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen selbst zubereiten. Wir finden dieses Konzept absolut super. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Ich stimme den anderen Bewertungen zu, wie fantastisch Stephanie und Lori während meines gesamten Langzeitaufenthalts waren. Ich stimme auch zu, dass man, wenn man den Geruch von Zigarettenrauch nicht mag und sich im Freien aufhält, einfach weggehen sollte. Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit, wenn ich mich nicht irre, war Rauchen noch cool. Nun, es gibt Nichtraucher und Raucher, und ich glaube, es wäre schön, wenn das auf allen Unterkünften respektiert würde. Wenn wir draußen rauchen müssen, sollte es dafür einen separaten Raucherbereich geben.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, als wir mit der Familie meines Bruders die amerikanische Seite der Niagarafälle besichtigten. Die uns zur Verfügung gestellte Küche war sehr nützlich, es war sauber und das Personal freundlich, aber die Anzahl der Mitarbeiter muss erhöht werden, da die vorhandenen nicht ausreichen, um einen effizienten Service zu gewährleisten.
