Online Self Check-In

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure online self check-in link via SuiteOp. This quick process allows you to check in at your convenience and helps us keep the property safe for everyone.

You will be asked to:

-Upload a valid photo ID

Choose one of the following security options:

-£50 non-refundable damage waiver, or

-£150 fully refundable security deposit (returned after check-out if there is no damage or rule violations)

-Review and sign the house rules and terms

Once completed and approved, your access details will be sent to you, allowing you to collect the keys from the lockbox and check in at your convenience.

Other Things to Note

To help ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone in the building:

-Parties and events are not permitted

-Visitors are not allowed; only registered guests may be at the property

You will be sent the lockbox codes 2 hours prior to check in. They are sent automatically once you have authorised the safety deposit.
