The Space:

Hofhuisje is a warm and cosy retreat for couples, peacefully located in the countryside near Leffinge; perfect for a romantic escape. Although the house is located next to the holiday home Maison Le Petit Chateau, you still enjoy privacy thanks to your own long driveway and private parking upon arrival.



As soon as you open the door, you step into the inviting open-plan living area with an open kitchen. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding fields. From the sofa, you can enjoy the rural landscape, while mornings begin peacefully with a coffee and views of the mist rising over the fields. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your own meals, including a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave.



Upstairs, you will find a cosy bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space. There is also an open bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. Freshly made beds and towels are provided for extra comfort from the moment you arrive.



Outside, you have your own private terrace with a picnic table, perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing in complete tranquillity. Spend hours surrounded by silence, nature and wide open views across the fields. Hofhuisje is the ideal place for couples looking to escape the busy pace of everyday life and enjoy peace, nature and romance together.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
