Sunnybrae Cottage in Tintagel, Cornwall, sleeps six in three bedrooms.

Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 2 x double. Bathroom with corner bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with double range cooker, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Living/dining room and TV. Air source heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road allocated parking space for a car. Fully fenced/gated garden, stone circle and private patio with furniture. 2 dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 mile, pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.6 miles. Until the end of April 2026 there is some light maintenance/plastering work at the property next door. This will be between the hours of 9am and 4pm. There is no machinery involvement but you may hear voices, apologies in advance if this happens.

Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: Tintagel, home of the legendary King Arthur’s Castle, whose ruins dominate the cliffside just outside the village, is a popular but not overcrowded tourist destination, surrounded by the sea, rocky coves and stunning scenery. Several beaches, including nearby Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney Cove, are within easy reach and surfing is the main attraction for those who love the water. Tintagel has several pubs and restaurants and the Old Post Office (National Trust) is a must. For the energetic, the South West Coast Path passes through the village and in both directions it winds its way along the cliffs and down to the water’s edge through dramatic countryside. Head north along the path and within a short distance is the beautiful village of Boscastle with its quaint quay and village pubs for refreshment. Further afield are the surfing meccas of Newquay and Bude, with their resort attractions, while the open spaces of Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project, Padstow, Camel Estuary and Port Isaac are all within a short but scenic drive.
