The property can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The accommodation is set mostly on the ground floor with just one double bedroom with en-suite facilities being located on the first floor. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one twin and one adult bunks room, a family bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, sitting room and dining room. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Pendeen is a great base for holidays and short breaks all year round. Please note: This property does not have an EV Charging Point and our holiday home insurance states that: Domestic electrical chargers 'trickle charges' are not suitable for use at the property and are strictly forbidden. The holiday maker is liable for any damage or loss suffered by the property owner due to your unauthorised use of domestic chargers.
