Details about the house:If you are into traditional summer house coziness, as you know it from childhood, this holiday home is an obvious choice to rent. The house is really cozy with its 60 square meters and can accommodate 4 people + a baby. From the hallway you enter the lovely, bright living room with a wood-burning stove, wooden floors and an open connection to the kitchen. Here you have access to the screened south-facing terrace and from the kitchen you access the other terrace. The bathroom has been modernized, and otherwise the house is as it was built in 1970. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has access to the west-facing terrace. Beds: 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a baby bed. Outdoor area:The house is located in the middle of a 952 square meter plot, and you are only 800 meters from the impressive West Sea. The area is incredibly popular and you have a huge range of experience options within a short radius. Both adults and children can spend many hours walking, divided between beautiful nature and swimming on the beach, as well as entertainment on and around Blokhus Torv. There are plenty of places to eat, water park, concerts, shopping, etc. Places like Fårup Sommerland, Jambo Feriepark, Fun Art and Blokhus Skulpturpark are just a short drive away. There is something to do here all year round! The house is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowedImportant note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year. • A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of 150 DKK. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited. • Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
