Not as advertised

The property was listed as having internet access and WiFi which was essential for my autistic son. It did not have this facility and as such my son had a very traumatic episode. We had to leave immediately after already having travelled 2.5 hours to get there. My son’s trauma lasted for two days. I have not been offered a full refund nor compensation for the travel costs. This is disgusting as the caravan was not as advertised. Had I known there was no internet I would never have booked it.
